From attending appointments with you to working with your doctors on your plan of care to helping you understand your medications and diagnoses— the goal is to ensure you feel informed, organized, and supported every step of the way.
We offer specialized services in chronic disease education, wound care, elder care and education, appointment accompaniment, monitoring of general wellness trends, medication set up, and the delivery of comprehensive solutions tailored to your individual needs.
Services are arranged on a private-pay (out-of-pocket) basis, allowing for flexible scheduling, extended appointment times, and direct access to nursing support. Appointments can take place in your home.
These personalized services are designed to help reduce confusion, improve organization of care, support informed decision-making, and enhance communication between you and your healthcare providers.
Our Story
Third Coast Health Solutions was founded on the idea that everyone deserves to understand their health. Rooted along the shore of Lake Michigan, Third Coast Health Solutions reflects a sense of calm, clarity, and steady guidance during what can often feel like an overwhelming experience. With over two decades of nursing experience, our founder has seen bedside nurses experience more difficulties in finding the time to teach patients about their complex medical situations. That reduced education has been part of the decrease in Muskegon County’s (and it’s surrounding areas) overall health. Third Coast Health Solutions was created to bridge that gap—offering personalized, concierge-level support, clear communication, and thoughtful advocacy so you can navigate your care with confidence.

Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m a Registered Nurse with 20 years of nursing experience. During that time, I’ve comforted, educated, and supported hundreds of patients and families through some of their most difficult moments. One thing has remained consistent—the challenge of navigating today’s complex healthcare system.
As a nurse concierge, my goal is to provide clarity, guidance, and support so you feel more confident and less overwhelmed in making decisions for your health and care.

All billing is performed in 15-minute blocks based on a $70 per hour rate after the allotted time scheduled.
