  • Absolutely! We are experienced with the medical concerns loved ones have about these facilities and with the care needs of the elderly, and we can navigate the politics that can arise in elderly care. We will provide head-to-toe assessments, discuss medications with staff, and address any questions you may have.

  • A nurse concierge is private pay, whereas home health care is usually paid by insurance. Also, nurse concierge services do NOT require a physician referral. Nurse concierge services do NOT require you to be homebound.

    It is much more personalized and is client-centered.

  • By remaining private pay, we bypass the hoops that insurance companies create.

  • We do NOT prescribe, change doses, or independently manage your medication. We do, however, help organize medication, assist in reconciliation with all your providers and pharmacy, provider reminders and check-ins, check in for adherence support, side-effect monitoring, and communication with prescribers/pharmacies as your medications change.

  • We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. Jumping through healthcare hoops is our job, so let us do what we’re trained to do.

  • We currently serve the West Michigan area. Appointments more than 15 minutes from Muskegon require a small travel fee that is based on distance. Typically, we don’t travel more than an hour from Muskegon.

  • Yes. All HIPAA guidelines are followed, and we keep all records in a locked, secure space. We do not share or sell information with anyone without your personal consent.

  • We currently payments through our online payment service, PayPal, cash, cashier checks, money orders, bank transfers, and occasionally HSA/FSA payments.

  • Some services may be HSA/FSA eligible when they meet IRS qualified medical expense criteria. Clients are responsible for confirming eligibility with their HSA/FSA administrator. Itemized receipts are available upon request.

  • By educating your employees on their chronic health it allows them to stay healthier, which means less call-offs and sick days. Additionally, depending on your insurance carrier, classes can help strengthen existing wellness participation efforts.

  • If you’ve never worked in or experienced elder care facilities it’s easy to miss concerns that can be obvious to a person who has worked in that field. Having an advocate with an knowing-eye helps find the best option for your loved one.

  • You are required to provide a 4 week notice in writing to cancel you membership.

  • Yes! Assuring showers are regularly completed is an essential part of overall health and wellness. Whether it’s a bed bath or a shower with the appropriate safety devices, you or your loved one can be clean and safe. During showers a skin check is always completed to assure no new concerns are being missed that could result in worsening health.
